Counter Attack Therapy (CAT) is created with young people with lived experience of depression and anxiety. It is part of MENTAL Jam, a research project conducted at RMIT University about the knowledge translation of lived experiences of depression and anxiety through video game co-creation.

that is a very very nice lil game.

I think this is just me but there seems to be a bug when I have to pick the advice for them being a great person vs the world can be a shitty place. It's reversed.
